Vendor/Exhibitor Application
Thank you to all vendor and exhibitors who submitted their application for Arizona's 2026 IDEA Conference. If you are intrested in future events please join our listserv.
Registration
Vendor registration details were emailed the week of May 13 to all contacts listed. Please check your spam or Junk forlder if you do not see a message from IDEA Conference Committee.
To confirm your participation at this year’s conference, please complete the two-part registration process:
- Submit the 2026 IDEA Vendor Registration Form (sent as a separate email). In this form, you will be asked to make selections to determine pricing, review vendor booth details, and identify staff to attend your booth during the conference.
- Instructions to complete payment will follow the submission of the form from step 1.
Both steps, registration and payment must be completed by July 27, 2026.
Materials
All vendor materials that will be posted on conference guide need to be submitted by July 1.
All materials must be submitted via the Session and Vendor Materials form.
