Provided Services
This site is provided as a service of ADE in support of educational activities in the state of Arizona, it offers information and services online that might otherwise be obtained or conducted in person, by telephone, or by correspondence. Our goal is to provide citizens with a more convenient and efficient means to interact with the agency.
Alternatives
If at any time you choose not to proceed with a transaction offered through an ADE website or application, your choice will in no way affect your ability to receive benefits or services from the agency.
Online Collection of Information
This site does not collect information about you or your personal online activities, unless you voluntarily participate in an activity that asks for such information. In other words, this site collects user information only when voluntarily submitted by the user. The information requested by this site is identical to the information that would be requested if you were conducting business with the Arizona Department of Education in person at an ADE office.
Site Analytics and Login Tokens
ADE servers automatically log certain pieces of anonymous information related to site usage. This information never identifies you personally and consists of only the following items: IP address, Internet domain, date and time of access. This data is used to analyze site usage and performance.

Please be aware that per A.R.S. §39-121 et seq., information submitted to this site becomes a matter of public record and subject to all laws and guidelines governing the release and protection thereof. The state or agency may be required to release this information, including personal information, in response to a public records request and in response to warrants, subpoenas and/or other court orders. However, sensitive information covered by the aforementioned federal laws and other applicable laws or statues will not be disclosed.
Information Sharing
ADE does not collect information on behalf of any other entity, public or private. However, ADE may have statutory and/or contract requirements to share submitted information with other governmental, public, or educational institutions. You will be notified should such sharing will take place.

ADE has taken numerous steps to safeguard the integrity of its computer systems and networks.
