New School Finance Payment System Cash Advance User Interface Overview Slides

School Finance updated the process for the collection of Certificate of Educational Convenience (CEC) data from the counties.

County Superintendents will issue CECs according to their policies and will submit the complete list for the fiscal year to School Finance one time. Please download the form below and record the CECs as they are issued. At the end of the fiscal year, completed forms should be emailed to the School Finance Inbox by June 30.
