The State Tutoring Grant can be found in the Grants Management System. This guide will assist your team as you complete the FY 23 State Tutoring Grant application. Please review the 2022-2023 Announcement Letter. This contains critical information about all areas of the grant. The State Tutoring Grant can be found in the Grants Management System.
The GME application is titled FY 2023- State Tutoring. Please include budget worksheet with completed GME FY 23 State Tutoring application.
- State Tutoring Budget Worksheet must be included in your completed GME application. This outlines your budget.
- Benefits for Tutors does not include medical. This is a critical piece in the State Tutoring budget.
Please plan on tutoring up to 20 weeks for the school year. Tutoring will not take place during any district breaks or on grade level state assessment dates.
On the grant application, in #3 – Please provide a short description of your project in one or two paragraphs.
- You must include the benefits percentage rate and a description indicating that their benefits are without medical.
- State Tutoring applications will be rejected for revision until these items are correct.
State Tutoring grant applications must be COMPLETED in GME by February 1, 2023. The State Tutoring program is a competitive grant.
Once the application and supporting documents have been submitted, the State Tutoring Team will review and process the application. All applications will be approved on a first come, first serve basis.
