Guidelines

The purpose of these policies and procedures is to guide to all school districts and charter districts throughout the State of Arizona on the rules and regulations, including Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.), which must be followed in the reporting of information to the School Finance Unit of the Arizona Department of Education (ADE). Following these procedures will assist the school districts and charter districts in complying with the reporting requirements placed upon these entities.

School Finance provides numerous forms that Local Education Agencies (LEAs) use to submit data or to initiate certain changes and requests. Please contact [email protected] if you need assistance finding a specific form.

New School Finance Payment System Cash Advance User Interface Overview Recording

School Finance updated the process for the collection of Certificate of Educational Convenience (CEC) data from the counties.

County Superintendents will issue CECs according to their policies and will submit the complete list for the fiscal year to School Finance one time. Please download the form below and record the CECs as they are issued. At the end of the fiscal year, completed forms should be emailed to the School Finance Inbox by June 30.
