Secondary Transition Resources
Secondary Transition (ST) bridges school programs and adult life opportunities, such as higher education, employment, and independent living. This process is guided by a transition plan, as required by Indicator 13 of the IDEA Part B. The ST Team focuses on best practice strategies for the transition planning process.
These resources aim to support compliance with state-specific guidelines, offer transition planning best practices, and encourage collaboration with stakeholders that impact the secondary transition of students with disabilities.
Please visit the Secondary Transition website for additional details.
