ESEA Flexibility Request - Archive

In 2015 the U.S. Department of Education granted Arizona’s application for relief from some of the most burdensome federal education regulations. The approved Flexibility Request meant that Arizona would no longer subject to many onerous elements of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).
