ESA: Meet The ESA Team

As the ESA Program has grown, so has the ESA Team. Who do you need to contact about a specific topic? We hope this page will help you find the right person to assist you.

The Support Team

The ESA Support Team is composed of the Program Support Manager, Program Support Lead Specialist, and five Support Specialists. 

  • The Program Support Manager oversees the Support Team, and provides feedback and insight for the Support Team decisions. 
  • The Program Support Lead Specialist supports the Manager and Specialists with their various tasks and assists with elevated concerns or questions. 
  • The Support Specialists answer all incoming calls from the ESA main line, troubleshoot application and HelpDesk issues.

 

Together, they answer the ESA Support Line, transfer calls to the appropriate teams, troubleshoot accounts and review program concerns.

The Program Team

The ESA Program Team is composed of the Program Support Manager, Program Support Lead Specialist, and nine Program Specialists. 

  • The Program Support Manager oversees the Program Team, and provides feedback and insight for Program Team decisions. 
  • The Program Support Lead Specialist supports the Manager and Specialists with their various tasks and assists with elevated concerns or questions. 
  • The Program Specialists process all incoming applications, review eligibility for contracts, and answer incoming tickets for Program eligibility and guidance.

 

Together, they process applications, issue contracts, and review program concerns.

The Accounts Team

The ESA Accounts Team is composed of the Accounts Manager, Accounts Lead Specialist, and four Accounts Specialists. 

  • The Accounts Manager oversees the Accounts Team, and provides feedback and insight for Accounts Team decisions. 
  • The Accounts Lead Specialist supports the Manager and Specialists with their various tasks and assists with elevated concerns or questions. 
  • The Accounts Specialist reviews ClassWallet orders, Expense Reports, Account Closures and Account Spending. 

 

Together, they address Account Holder questions and concerns and evaluate expenses.
