Direct Pay Vendors
Here is a tutorial for how to DirectPay Your Vendor
Some vendors have agreed to work with ClassWallet by accepting email orders rather than integrating their websites into the marketplace. These vendors are found on the ClassWallet Marketplace and have a green banner indicating they are direct pay vendors.
Pay Tuition Once your child's ClassWallet balance reflects the ESA funds, you can initiate payments to your private school and/or providers.
If your child's private school is registered on ClassWallet, you can find them in the "Pay Vendor" module and issue payment. All you need is a PDF, JPEG, or PNG file of the invoice, statement, or other supporting documents. You can view the step-by-step instructions and watch a short 2-minute video here: Pay Schools with Scholarship Funds
If your school is not on this list, please have them contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Your school should request to be signed up to receive payment from Arizona's ESA program.
When is concierge made available as a payment option: If a parent cannot find what she is looking for among ClassWallet’s integrated vendors, and is unable to take advantage of the reimbursement feature on the ClassWallet platform due to extenuating circumstances, ClassWallet shall make available a concierge shopping service available to the parent upon parental request.
What is concierge service: The concierge service entails a ClassWallet customer service representative purchasing the product or service on behalf of the parent. For example, logging into a website or contacting a store to purchase what the parent has requested. The parent will be required to submit the information below to [email protected] so that the information can be submitted to ADE for final approval in advance of ClassWallet initiating the purchasing process. If approved, ClassWallet will be notified and authorized to make the purchase on behalf of the parent.
Order Details
• Vendor name
• Vendor URL (if applicable)
• Item name
• Item number
• Item price
• Quantity
• Shipping fee (if applicable)
• Tax (if applicable)
• Promo code (if applicable)
• A quote or screenshot of the cart (not a requirement but helpful)
How does a parent request concierge service: The parent must contact ClassWallet and make the request via [email protected].
How long does a concierge request take to complete: Concierge requests are submitted to ADE for final approval within 1 - 3 business days. If approved, the concierge order/s will be placed within 5-7 business days. Factors that may extend the timing include insufficient information provided by the parent of delayed responsiveness by the vendor and/or parent to communications requesting additional information.
What types of transactions do not qualify for concierge: Concierge shall never be made available for payments to schools and payments to sole practitioner service providers. Schools and service providers are required to register on the ClassWallet platform in order to be paid via ACH.
The reimbursement option is located on the homepage of your student’s account. If you need assistance with setting up the reimbursement option, please contact ClassWallet at: [email protected] and phone:1-877-969-5536
For Reimbursement of Services Rendered (Tutoring, Educational Therapies, Paraprofessional Services): Please provide both a detailed invoice and a valid credential for each reimbursement request.
