The Office of English Language Acquisition Services (OELAS) is excited to announce our annual conference! This year’s theme, Unleash the Power of Academic Language & Literacy, empowers educators of English learners to create educational experiences that prepare our students to become multilingual and multi-literate citizens and effective contributors to our future society.  ​

To value our shared responsibility to Arizona’s English learners, OELAS has partnered with ADE’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion division, to ensure that this year’s conference acknowledges the diverse backgrounds, cultures, and needs of our ELs. The selected keynotes, sessions, and activities illustrate our focus on:  ​
