OELAS Conference - Participant Registration

Payment Information:

• Acceptable methods of payment are purchase order (PO), check, or credit card. If paying with a PO or check, an electronic copy is required during the registration process. If paying with a credit card, Visa or Mastercard are accepted. American Express is not accepted.
• Please note that sending a PO directly to the Arizona Department of Education does not constitute a completed registration for this event.
• Purchase Order (PO) - A valid PO is required.

The following criteria should be noted on the PO (requisitions are not allowed):

• Event Name
• Event Dates (if blanket PO, specify fiscal year)
• Participant names (if blanket PO, total number of participants)
• Event cost
• Signature of Approval
• Registration must match PO detail. 
  • If anything is missing, ADE Accounting will reject the registration and the participant will need to re-register for the event.
• Invoices are published to the participants APLD account.
• Immediately after registering, you will receive an email stating that your registration is "PENDING" verification of the purchase order or check. ADE will complete the verification process within 10 days. Once the verification process is complete, you will receive another email stating that your registration is "CONFIRMED." The confirmation email secures your spot for the event.
   

Please note that ADE's registration system (APLD) does not allow for a waitlist. In the event that someone cancels their registration, a seat will open in the system. These seats will be open on a first-come first first-served basis.
