Instructional Coaches' Academy Advanced
Who can attend?
Designed for current coaches who want to elevate their skills and have attended ADE's Instructional Coaches' Academy or similar training on foundational coaching practices.
What can I expect?
- In-depth collaborative sessions on topics such as: Advanced Coaching Conversations, Navigating Resistance, Influencing Culture, PLCs as a Lever, and Systems Thinking
- Integrated time to plan for strategic application
- Community of practice model with opportunities to connect with other instructional coaches
