- A three-day, differentiated bootcamp designed specifically for second-career educators, J-1 teachers, and teachers in their first years of practice.
- Ongoing virtual support and learning opportunities throughout the school year to reinforce key concepts and address emerging needs.

ECTA Supports New Teachers
- Equips new and early career educators with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in the classroom.
- Provides an immersive bootcamp experience that helps teachers start the school year prepared and positioned for success.
- Creates a supportive environment where participants can ask questions, share experiences, and build meaningful professional relationships.
- Strengthens and complements school onboarding efforts by enhancing existing teacher induction and orientation programs.
- Supports teacher growth beyond the initial training through continued coaching, collaboration, and professional learning opportunities.
