Who can attend?
Assistant Principals who want to elevate their current leadership practices.
What can I expect from the training?
- Three in-depth sessions on topics such as Instructional Leadership, Classroom Instruction, Campus & Student Management, Problem Solving, Data-based Decision-Making, and Leadership Inside Management (People vs. Tasks).
- Leave each session with practical tools that can be implemented on campus immediately.
