ESA Parent Advisory Council: Submit a Request or Comment

External stakeholders may submit written comment to the council or a request to provide verbal comment at the meetings. Verbal comments will comprise no more than 30 minutes of the agenda and each comment will be limited to 3 minutes. In the event more requests are received than may be accommodated in the agenda, the Council Chair and the Council Facilitator will schedule comments within the allowable time, all others may submit written comment.

ESA Law and Administrative Rules

The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program was passed in 2011 by the Arizona State Legislature.  The Arizona Department of Education is responsible for administering the program according to the statute and Arizona State Board of Education rules.  The specific state statutes that govern the program are provided below:
