Should students who are attending or participating in a Distance Learning Program within the district or charter district be associated with the Distance Learning Program or their home school in PAN?
How do you want your end-data reported out? If Distance Learning Program is included in your A-Z letter grades and your students are reported to the Feds under the program, then you will want the student test registrations to remain with the Distance Learning Program in PAN. Students must be administered the test in a brick-and-mortar district/school setting. Most students who are associated with an online learning program are administered the test at what would be their home school. This means that you will need to add the Distance Learning Program (aka School entity) to the home school STC accounts, and the Grades 3-12 Test Administrator accounts so they can access the online students’ test sessions.
