Conference Schedule

ADE/ESS is excited to announce that Arizona’s 2025 IDEA Conference will be held August 21–22, 2025, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix.  

Please Note: There has been a change in the conference schedule this year. The 2025 IDEA Conference will offer two full days of programming, taking place Thursday, August 21, and Friday, August 22. Pre-conference activities will be held on Wednesday, August 20, by invitation only.

FY24 Parentally Placed Private School Student Survey (PPPSS) required by all Public School Districts only (charter schools are excluded), opened on 5/15/24.

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) 2004 requires that each public education agency (PEA) maintain its records and provide to the State information related to parentally placed private elementary and secondary school students covered under §§ 300.130 through 300.144.
