Designed for current coaches who want to Level Up their coaching skills and have attended ADE's Instructional Coaches' Academy or similar foundational training.

- PLCs as a Lever
- Systems Thinking
- Integrated time to plan for strategic application
- Community of practice model with opportunities to connect with other instructional coaches
