Who can attend?
Focused on foundational coaching practices, this training is designed to equip and support educators who work in the role of an instructional coach.
What can I expect?
- Six in-depth sessions on topics such as Relationships & Developing Rapport, Coaching Cycles, Data Analysis, Critical Conversations, and Professional Learning Facilitation.
- Mentoring between training dates
- Opportunities to connect with other instructional coaches across the state of Arizona
Session 1 Kickoff:
Participants consistently tell us this training works best when your administrator attends Session 1 with you! We believe in the power of an aligned team, so we have uniquely designed a session for principals/school leaders and their coaches to strategically plan and design the coaching model. Specific details are provided upon registration.
