Starting June 1st, 2020 - the [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses will not be accepting new e-mails and an auto-response email will direct you to Help Desk. Help Desk is an easy-to-use, self-service portal which allows users to monitor their requests through a displayable dashboard. First-time users will be asked to follow a simple, one-time registration process. The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program is an account administered by The Arizona Department of Education that is funded by state tax dollars to provide educational options for qualified Arizona students. By opting out of the public school system, parents can seek a range of alternative educational services, such as private school or home-based education. The ESA program is not affiliated with any services, providers, vendors or websites, please ensure you are referring to our website and documents for program direction.
The COVID-19 pandemic is impacting the lives of so many, including our own ESA families, ESA staff, and our communities. We want to thank all of those who are working and/or whose families are working the front lines to keep us all safe and offer our deepest sympathies to anyone whose well-being has been affected.
Beyond the most important need to stay healthy, we know some are experiencing stressful moments in your lives and we are here to assist as much as we can. For families currently on the program who need remote tutoring or therapies, please know that as always, if your providers offers this, ESA will continue to allow you to make payments for “tele-tutoring” or “tele-therapies”.
