All TABE certification courses through the Arizona Department of Education have a 2-week window for completion from the day of registration. After the 2-week window, participants who have not successfully completed the course will be removed and must re-register.
Courses are hosted in Blackboard and optimized to be completed on a desktop or laptop computer. Once registered, modules may be accessed at any time of day during the 2-week completion window.
Note: The coordinator course includes all material from the proctor course. Please watch the videos in each option for additional information.
Average Time for Completion: 3 hours
Target Audience: All staff members of WIOA Title II Programs in the State of Arizona who will administer TABE assessments.
Course Topics: Preparing the testing environment, getting examinees started testing, recognizing and reporting testing violations, remote proctoring of assessments, specifics of taking the TABE 11&12 and/or TABE CLAS-E, using the DRC INSIGHT portal, the examinee testing experience through the Online Tools Training
Note: Participants only need one of the above courses that applies to their situation.

Target Audience: Arizona WIOA Title II Program employees who oversee: test proctoring, adding and editing student information in the INSIGHT portal, creating test sessions following the AZ Adult Ed Assessment Policy, and reporting testing violations to the Dept. of Education and DRC.
Course Topics: Add/edit student info in INSIGHT, the AZ Adult Education Assessment Policy, downloading testing software/apps on testing devices, reporting testing violations, the coordinator course also includes all of the material in the Proctor course.
