The Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) initiative is the only federal funding source dedicated exclusively to supporting out-of-school-time programs. In Arizona, 21st CCLC grants help establish and sustain high-quality programs that provide academic enrichment, youth development opportunities, family engagement, and student support services for students attending high-poverty, low-performing schools.
