2023 Title IV-A & B Symposium: Engage, Inspire, Support - Request for Presenters

The Title IV-A & B (21st CCLC) teams/units are pleased to announce the 2023 Title IV-A & B Symposium: Engage, Inspire, Support. This virtual event will take place on Wednesday, September 13 and Thursday, September 14, 2023. Title IV-A & B (21st CCLC) programs will be highlighted; in addition to over 40 impactful and engaging virtual sessions for over 500 participants. Our Request for Proposal (RFP) is now open. Please consider sharing your expertise. Sessions should: -Focus on supplementing students’ academic and enrichment experiences by creating a rich variety of classes and activities, including outside the instructional day, that enhance student learning and increase achievement. -Include practical strategies and tangible resources that teachers, principals, coordinators, and other school officials can immediately implement in their learning environments. -Support Title IV-A (academic achievement and enrichment) & B (21st CCLC) funded programming. Session themes include: • Title IV-B (21st CCLC) out of school time (OST) • Well-Rounded Education • Safe and Healthy Students • Effective Use of Technology • Family and Community Engagement • Evidence-based Practices • Arts Integration. Presenters will be presenting in real-time to a live audience. Traditional, interactive session with hands on learning experience and activities that involve the participant. Sessions must be 45 minutes in length. We look forward to receiving your session proposal for the 2023 Title IV-A & B Symposium: Engage, Inspire, Support!

Selected presenters will be invited to attend the Engage, Inspire, Support Title IV-A & B Virtual Symposium at no cost.

I understand that ALL handouts, external links, and PowerPoint presentations must be submitted by Tuesday August 21, 2023. I understand that if I do not submit my presentation/materials by this deadline, there is a possibility they will not be included in my session.

I understand that my session will be presented virtually. I understand the 45-minute Live Traditional Session will need to be 45 minutes in length and all materials are due by Tuesday August 21, 2023.
