Title IV-A Micro-Trainings & FY20 Application Review Webinar

Published: March 13th, 2019

Dear Colleagues,

We are excited that the FY20 Preliminary ESEA Consolidated Allocations were released on Friday, March 1, 2019. In a continual effort to assist you through your application process, the Title IV-A Team is happy to announce the release of our “micro-training” series of support! These recorded PowerPoints are designed to provide you with “tips” on activating each area of Title IV-A within your LEA, and “tricks” to help streamline your application review. It is our desire to provide you with easy-to-access guidance and support as you begin writing your FY20 application.

The first two micro-trainings are already released! The “History of the Title IV-A SSAE Grant” will walk you through the background and development of the Title IV-A program and the “Well-Rounded Education” micro-training explores this category and gives examples of Arizona funded projects. We will be releasing new micro-trainings throughout the month of March so check our Title IV-A website under the “Webinars” tab often.

You will also soon notice that the FY20 Title IV-A application itself looks different. A short 9 minute comprehensive training is now available on the Title IV-A website under the “Webinars” tab walking you through how to effectively navigate this new application.

As always, the Title IV-A team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you might have.
