Email the district’s completed Report of Special Election Results form as an attachment to [email protected]. It is appreciated if the district will rename the results form to include the district’s name. As well, please include the district’s name in the subject line of the email.
Districts and charters are required to report to ADE the number of days of in-person, teacher-led instruction that were offered to all students during the 2020-2021 school year.
