Attention: ADE is migrating to a new website host. It is estimated that the new site will go live in August. During this transition, there will be no new BLOG updates until after August. Thank you for your patience during this time.

In the meantime, please reach out to the MOWR team with any questions. As always, contact information is available HERE.

Lastly, although Teaching Reading Effectively is temporarily suspended due to COVID, professional development of the science of reading doesn’t have to be. If you are looking for PD from literacy experts in the field, here is a list of some great opportunities currently available to educators.

Professional Development Opportunities

*This list would need to be vetted to see if the opportunities meet your school/district’s specific needs.

**PD is listed in alphabetical order by organization.

***Please note that as these webinars may be a great start, especially for basic dyslexia information, they will not account for any trainings required for dyslexia legislation.
