Contracted a reading specialist to provide professional development for staff to provide interventions/strategies in the academic areas of reading and writing. The reading specialist will monitor students progress monthly to determine individual student interventions. Fall, Spring, and Summer School Intersessions have been scheduled for all students to attend if needed. Four teachers and three paraeducators will be employed to meet the specific needs of students. According to the state assessment results for 2020, most students are deficient in reading, writing, and math.
