Request for Presenters - DUE Friday April 15th 11:59pm
The Title IV-A & B (21st CCLC) is pleased to announce the “2022 Title IV-A & B Symposium: Building Better Tomorrows". This virtual event will take place on Thursday, July 14th & Friday, July 15th, 2022. Title IV-A and Title IV-B (21st CCLC) programs will be highlighted; in addition to engaging virtual sessions for over 500 participants. Sessions should: -Focus on supplementing students’ academic and enrichment programs by creating a rich variety of classes and activities, including outside of the instructional day, that help students become proficient and connect with learning through Title IV-A and Title IV-B funded programs. -Include practical strategies and tangible resources that teachers, principals & other school staff can immediately transfer into supportive environments and an enriched learning experience. -Include supporting 21st CCLC after school programs, as well as Well-Rounded Education subject areas such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), environmental literacy programs, art, music and physical education. Safe and Healthy student programs such as social, emotional learning, student and staff wellness, and programs that support a safe, healthy, and active learning environment, and Effective Use of Technology programs including blended learning, technology education including coding, and programs that increase digital literacy. We look forward to receiving your proposal to present at the 2022 Title IV-A & B Symposium: Building Better Tomorrows!

Presenter Registration Fees
Selected presenters will be invited to attend the Building Better Tomorrows Symposium at no cost.
Session Information
This year, we’re excited to offer three workshop formats. Presenters can choose from a live or pre-recorded 45-minute Traditional session or 15-minute Spark session.

Presenters may choose to pre-record their sessions or present live. Presenters must be present and available for questions through the chat feature during their scheduled session.
What types of interactive engagement will be used in your session? All pre-recorded sessions will be submitted as a 45 minute or 15 minute MP4 or MOV file with a live chat discussion feature.

I understand that ALL handouts, external links, and PowerPoint presentations must be submitted by June 1, 2022. I understand that if I do not submit my materials by this deadline, there is a possibility they will not be included in my session.
I understand that there is a limit of 3 presenters for each session.

The Arizona Department of Education invites you to submit videos to be featured at our Title IV-A & B Symposium: Engage- Inspire- Support on September 13-14, 2023. Submissions May Include: Highlights of school programs supported by Title IV-A & 21st Century CCLC funds Student Guided Movement/Exercises (seated workouts, yoga, dance, your imagination is the limit...) Student Virtual Performances or Media (Music, Dance, Theatre, Film, Animation, Spoken Word, your imagination is the limit) Please complete the form below:

Please include a downloadable project link (Google Drive, Ect...) if the file size is greater than 100MB or the system won't accept your file format.
Photo Release: I hereby grant the irrevocable right and permission to The Arizona Department of Education to use a photograph or video of participating students' & teachers' work for publication in the news media or electronically via the internet or in other displays for education, nonprofit, visual art publications, and exhibitions.
Distribution Release: I understand and agree that such photographs and videos of participants may be placed on the internet. I also understand and agree that participants may be identified by name, grade, and the school district in printed, internet, and broadcast information that might accompany the photographs or videos. Participants waive the right to approve the final product. All submissions must be of appropriate content. ADE reserves the right to not-display images that fail to meet the standard of appropriate content.
Liability Release: Participants acknowledge they do not expect to receive compensation. Participants hereby release, and fully discharge The Arizona Department of Education, The Arizona Art Education Association, and The Council for Art Education from any claims, rights, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness, or defamation.
