FY2021 Prop 123 Payment 2 has been calculated and was distributed June 7, 2021. This completes the full distribution of $75,000,000.00. The file linked below will show the FY2021 Prop 123 amounts per LEA. Districts are listed first by county, followed by charters alphabetically. The yellow highlighted column is FY21 Prop 123 Payment 2 and the most recent distribution, but the other columns indicate the full FY21 Prop 123 Amount for that LEA, as well as FY21 Prop 123 Payment 1 for that LEA.

Updated FY2021 Distance Learning Adjustments to the Base Support Level

Distance Learning adjustments to the FY 2021 Base Support Level have been recalculated and will appear on page 4 of the APOR55 and CHAR55 reports. The updated adjustment amounts are based on Distance Learning Reports submitted by Friday, April 16th and updated Average Daily Membership for all districts and charters.

The October 2021 BUDG25 Reports have been posted and will be the basis for the notification of the need to complete a December Revision (AKA BUDG25 Letters) which will be sent out later this month.  If you have any concerns about the October 2021 BUDG25, please email the SF Budget Team at [email protected] by October 16, 2020.
 

OCTOBER 2021 BUDG 25 Notes:

  • RCL(BSL) is Based on the October 1st APOR
  • Based current year enrollment, with the exception of two districts that will be notified separately
  • Reminder: District Budgeted K3 Reading amounts will be added to the RCL until the District is approved for the support level weight by the State Board, or 12/15, whichever comes first.
  • Budget Balance Carry Forward (BBCF)s are based on the district’s budget amount and may vary with the ADE’s calculated BBCFs in November after the 2020 BUDG75 reports are published

School Finance will offer a special webinar to provide current information needed by District and Charter Data Coordinators related to the closure of schools. We are making every effort to prevent interruptions to school funding and appreciate your assistance as we adapt to the current situation.
