Applicants who are submitting an application via mail must submit payment in the form of a check or money order. Cash payments are not accepted.

The Phoenix Certification office accepts personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard only) for in-person applicants at the Certification customer service counter. Credit card payments will only be accepted in person.

The Tucson office provides same-day services (quick services) only.  All other services must be sent to the Phoenix Certification Office.  The Tucson office accepts only personal checks, money orders or cashier’s checks made payable to ADE.  The Tucson office does not accept cash or credit/debit cards.
