Circular No. A-133 § D.400(a), The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) is required by the federal government to determine which sub-grantees of federal funds are subject to federal audit requirements. Therefore, ADE requires ALL ENTITIES that receive any federal funds passed-through ADE to complete the annual Audit Evaluation form.

The information provided will then give you the amount of Federal Grant money you have expended for that specific Federal Grant. The GME does not include the following programs (CACFP; NSLP; SBP).
