Professional Development
The ADE 21st CCLC unit is dedicated to providing Professional Development (PD) opportunities to support the growth and development of successful 21st CCLC programs throughout the duration of their grant awards. All new and continuing Principals and Site Coordinators are required to attend the 21st CCLC annual symposium to implement best practices and support the success of their 21st CCLC programs.
The Arizona 21st CCLC team has created frameworks to assist program leaders and their community to better understand key elements of successful 21st CCLC program implementation.

Arizona 21st CCLC Symposium
The symposium will provide the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) grant leadership the opportunity to understand the grant elements and opportunities related to a successful 21st CCLC program.

Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence Professional Development
Diverse topics are provided on an annual basis to the Arizona afterschool professional community. Most workshops involve a nominal fee to participate. Please refer to their website for upcoming events. https://azafterschool.org/
ADE: ESSA Conference
Centered around Student-Focused, Well-Rounded Education, the conference will provide workshops and keynote presentations sharing important strategies and resources for implementing Title I, Title I-D, Title II, Title III, Title IV-A, Title V-B (RLIS), School Improvement and other related programs and services. School Connect helps build partnerships by engaging the entire community and collaborating with local leaders to adopt local schools.
