The Office of Strategic Planning facilitates the development and implementation of the ADE Strategic Plan and Division/Unit Plans. Our services include training, facilitation and coaching in all aspects of strategic planning and process improvement, as well as facilitation of employee, internal and external customer satisfaction surveys. In partnership with the Executive Team and ADE staff, we drive and champion the development and implementation of Unit-specific objectives and performance measures, pressing toward achievement of ADE vision, mission, goals and objectives.
Mission
To drive and champion achievement of the ADE mission by providing collaborative, meaningful support to all Units and programs, resulting in their ability to effectively and efficiently contribute to the excellent education of Arizona’s students.
