The Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 (HHFKA) requires the additional 6 cents per lunch reimbursement be provided to school food authorities certified by ADE to be in compliance with the new meal pattern requirements.
UPDATE 10/29/12: To submit a complete Certification Package, please upload the entire package online via Common Logon. Please refer to memo CN# 20-13: Certification for Additional Reimbursement (6 cents): new Common Logon Application and file upload information. In order to submit any Certification documentation for ADE approval, the SFA must attend a “Certification for New Meal Pattern Training”. To sign up for the Certification Training.
