FY13 IIF Payment 1 Amounts This is the Instruction Improvement Fund distribution list for payment 1 of fiscal year 2013.
Integrity was modified for FY 2013 to preclude Joint Technical Education Districts (JTEDs) from reporting a student as having graduated from a JTED. A JTED cannot report a student’s year-end status using code “G” as this causes the graduation rate information that ADE reports to NCES (U.S. Department of Education EDFacts submissions) to be inaccurate. The 2012 EEO-5 Report, a mandated biennial federal survey reporting summarized employee data, was due on November 30, 2012. ADE submits the report, on behalf of the districts, for all LEAs who have 100 or more employees. January’s monthly processing that began on January 4th has completed, so updated 75-1 reports (ADM, SPED and ELL) are available through SDDI. Also, the ADMS40 series reports (including the 46-1) and the SPED28-1 and ELLS28-1 reports are available here.
