The application process will begin January 1 through May 1. Please submit your application along with the required documents (IEP, MET, or 504 Plan) to be considered for the upcoming school year. The May 1st deadline is 3pm. ESA Staff will not accept any late application or documents past the deadline date and time.
If your child’s IEP, MET, or 504 Plan is expiring on or before July 15 of the applicant year you must request a new re-evaluation from your school district. The new IEP, MET, or 504 Plan must be submitted on or before May 1 by 3pm. Please keep in mind that many districts might not be able to accommodate you with a re-evaluation immediately, therefore we recommend that you request your child’s re-evaluation as soon as possible. If your child is was on an STO for the prior year please submit the STO application. The scholarship will ONLY be offered one time through out the school year.
