Every Student, Every Moment: Leadership for Results

The Directors Institute 2016 will be held September 13–15, 2016 at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel. Sessions will cover a range of topics and current issues facing special education directors in Arizona. Participants will receive updates on federal and state requirements and will be able to access hands-on resources that can be used immediately.

Dates to Exhibit:

Tuesday, September 13th  from 7:00am – 3:45pm 

Wednesday, September 14th from 7:30 – 3:45pm


Tuesday, September 13th 7:00am

All Exhibitors required to check-in at ADE vendor table.

Set-up/ Dismantle:

Tuesday, September 13th at 7:00am / Wednesday September 14th  after 3:45

Exhibitor Location:

  • Exhibitor tables will be located in Solana E or the central hallway of the Renaissance Hotel.
  • Plan your set-up accordingly so not to have materials or equipment extend into the walkways. Fire code restrictions will be strictly monitored.
  • Exhibitor tables will be assigned

Exhibitor Conditions:


$500 (Entitles you to one (1) 6ft skirted table, two chairs, Wi-Fi connectivity.  Payment must be made in full by August 29th, 2016 or you will relinquish your assigned table. If you have power request, please complete this form 2016 Directors Institute power request form and fax to Daniel Delatorre  at 480-518-8089.
