Effective Utilization of Paraeducators

Paraeducators are becoming increasingly more important in today’s school settings. In this webinar, presenters will clarify paraeducators’ roles and responsibilities and address the role of certified teachers in providing direction and supervision of paraeducators. Further discussion will focus on ways to more appropriately utilize paraeducators. Tips and techniques to provide constructive feedback and job-embedded training to increase the effectiveness of paraeducators also will be presented.
