  Overview:Science literacy is the goal for all students and includes using science-related knowledge on a personal and societal level, asking questions to address science issues, using evidence to propose explanations or answers for these questions, and becoming informed citizens in society. An equitable science program provides high quality science education for all students. In order to do so, students must have access to quality science instruction and curricula, and they also must have the support necessary to ensure their success.Resources for Science
