The Arizona Procurement Office is fully delegated by the Arizona Department of Administration to provide all procurement for the Department of Education. Our mission is to purchase the right goods and services, in the right quality and quantity from the right supplier to meet the Department’s needs. We purchase these from vendors that have been awarded state contracts by the State Procurement Office (SPO), from Department contracts developed for specialized goods and services that are not on state contracts, and from open market purchase orders.
