To assist Local Education Agencies (LEA’s) in accessing quality educational programs, to serve Arizona’s diverse school populations so that migrant students and homeless youth reach their potential levels of academic achievement, workplace skills and effective participation in society. LEA’s are served through timely allocation and distribution of program funds, technical assistance and monitoring of state grants.
