Schools and school districts are required, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-142, to release pupil directory information by October 31 each year. ADE’s government relations bill tracking report for 2-15-13 is attached. The Senate education agenda for Thursday, 2/21/13 includes the remainder of ADE’s agency-sponsored legislation, SB1445, 1446, and 1447. In response to feedback received from local education agencies (LEAs) around the state, the department has made several adjustments to the residency documentation form required by ARS 15-802(B).
