MEGA Registration - $375 per person (attending all 3 days, November 19-21)
The 3-day registration will enable you to participate in a variety of workshops, including the School Leadership Strand on Wednesday and the Business Managers Strand on Thursday. There will also be informative and innovative keynote speakers!
Target Audience: Federal Program Directors, Business Managers, Superintendents, Charter Directors, Curriculum and Assessment Directors

The MEGA Conference is offering two special strands allowing
School Leadership and Business Managers to attend one day only

School Leadership Strand - $150 per person (attending Wednesday, November 20th only)
Providing an opportunity to bring Title I Program Directors and LEA/School Leaders together to gain a better understanding of how each level of leadership provides a culture of continuous improvement that will result in ever-improving student success. Highlights include MEGA’s Partnership Expo that will showcase successful school models, non-profit resources for schools with a focus on the Arts, and much more.
Target Audience: LEA Administrators, Federal Program Directors, Principals, and School Leadership

Business Managers Strand - $120 per person (attending Thursday, November 21st only)
To provide an opportunity for Title I Program Directors and Business Managers to gain a better understanding of the responsibilities of these two roles and how they overlap, and provide maximum support for your LEA’s federal programs.
Target Audience: Business Managers, CFOs, Finance Directors, and Federal Program Directors

Cancellation Policy
A registration fee is charged for all registrants, including those who do NOT SHOW or do not cancel in writing/email by Tuesday, November 5th.
1)   By November 5th:   If someone cannot take your place and you must cancel your registration, email Michelle.Guy@azed.gov and you will not be billed. You will receive a return email confirmation.

2)   After November 5th:   If you register and someone cannot take your place, you must email Michelle.Guy@azed.gov within 48 hours of registration. Otherwise, the appropriate registration fee will be billed to the registrant / district.

For onsite registration, please bring a check or purchase order with you, payable to the Arizona Department of Education.
Substitutions are gladly accepted.
