What do I if I lock myself out due to invalid sign in attempts?

The error message “Due to exceeding the maximum number of sign in attempts, your account has been temporarily locked.  Please wait 15 minutes and try again.  For further assistance, contact the ADE Support Center. Thank you.” occurs when you either enter your User name or Password incorrectly 5 times in the sign in screen.  If you are not able to wait the 15 minutes for the system to automatically unlock your account, you can contact the ADE Support Center on adesupport@azed.gov.
