Can I add additional Entities to myself using the Entity Administrative portal?

No. If you are not the Entity Administrator assigned to a particular LEA/school/charter, you  will not be able to add it to yourself or to any one else.  You will have to locate the assigned Entity Administrator and have he/she give you the Entity Admininistrator role for that Entity.  You will then have the authority to add others to that Entity.  If you need further assistance, contact the ADE Support Center, adesupport@azed.gov.
