FY 2018 Prop 123 Payment 2

 

FY2018 Prop 123 Payment 2 has been calculated and will be distributed in early April. Payment amounts can be found in the link below; Districts are separated by county and Charters are listed alphabetically. FY18 Prop 123 monies have been re-allocated; payments are based on the most recently run Classroom Site Fund counts (FY18 CSF Payment 6).

SDER Application Open for Data Modifications

The School District Employee Report (SDER) On-Line Application is currently available and ready to accept employee data modifications prior to final TEI calculations.   This application is accessible through Common Logon.

SDER data may be modified between February 1, 2018 and March 1, 2018.  Final data modifications must be made by 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 1, 2018.

 

Preliminary TEI reports were made available in October of 2017 and can be accessed here.  Final TEI reports will be available on or prior to March 15, 2018.

 

Final TEI figures may differ between the preliminary report and the final report even if your district does not modify its data, as the statewide average number of FTE Years of experience value may change due to its recalculated value for the final reports.

Impact Aid Program Application Forms

 

As a reminder, ADE School Finance no longer has access to a fax machine or dedicated space for storing the hard copies of Impact Aid documents.

We were recently made aware that the instructions for submitting copies of Impact Aid documents to ADE School Finance, as provided by the U.S. Department of Education, is something other than what we can accommodate.

When preparing to submit a copy of any Impact Aid Program documents to ADE School Finance, scan in the documents and email the single Adobe document to the Budget Team at [email protected].

Please include the following information in the subject line of the email:

  1. District or Charter Name
  2. District or Charter Impact Aid Number, which can be quickly located on the cover sheet of the Impact Aid Application packet, if not readily known. For example: 12-AZ-2018-0000.

January FY 2018 BUDG25 Reports Posted

The January FY 2018 BUDG25 reports have been updated, posted, and are available for download and review. This January report has been posted and includes 2017 Budget Balance Carry Forward or Over Expenditure amounts as calculated by ADE on the 2017 BUDG75 Report.

Transportation Routes is Open for Data Submission

It’s that time of year again for districts to submit their transportation routes data to ADE.

In accordance with A.R.S. §15-922, transportation routes data must be submitted to ADE within 12 days of the district’s 100th day.

Transportation Routes data must be submitted via Common Logon on the ADE web site. A School Finance Account Analyst can assist you with any questions that you may have. Please email [email protected] to reach a School Finance Account Analyst.

Please note that only districts must submit this data. Charters do not submit transportation data.
