For LEAs who revised their FY11 SPED data prior to the statewide recalculation, your SPED 28-1 report will not reflect your revised data. We expect that new reports reflecting your current data will be available on October 25, 2011.
The deadline for submitting your SDER data has been extended from October 17 to November 18 at 4:30 pm. Please note that SDER data is only required to be submitted by districts.
For those charters who do not have FY 2012 40th day ADM (whose SdADMS75-1 reports are blank), your November payment will be based on estimated counts. The FY 2011 statewide recalculation has been completed. All ADM, SPED, and ELL reports reflect current data. If your data is not accurate and you wish to modify it, please contact your Account Analyst within School Finance to start the FY 2011 915 data correction process.
