Under section A.R.S § 15-2401 (1)(a)(v)(vi), “a child of a parent or guardian who is a member of the armed forces of the United States and who is on active duty” and is an Arizona resident and the child has been in public school for the first 100 days prior to applying maybe eligible for the Empowerment Scholarship.
The application process will begin January 1 through May 1. Please submit your application along with your proof of active military duty to be considered for the 2013-2014 school year. The May 1st deadline is 3pm. ESA Staff will not accept any late application or documents past the deadline date and time. The scholarship will ONLY be offered one time through out the school year.
