Welcome future ESA parents/ guardians! The applications are now available. The application process is open between January 1-May 1, 2013. The final deadline to submit applications and any required documents is May 1, 2013 by 3pm. Applications and required documents can be emailed, faxed, mailed, or hand-delivered to the Arizona Department of Education. As soon as we receive your application, please allow 2 weeks for processing. If approved for the Empowerment Scholarship, an Award Letter will be mailed to the address you provided.
If your child’s IEP or MET is expiring on or before July 15, 2013, you must request a re-evaluation from your public school district. ESA Staff will not process any applications with expiring documents.
