The Regents High Honors Endorsement (RHHE) Tuition scholarship was established by the Arizona Board of Regents to recognize Arizona high school students for outstanding academic achievement, as demonstrated through high school courses and test scores. The Arizona Board of Regent’s High Honors Tuition Scholarship (previously known as the AIMS Scholarship) is a university academic merit scholarship. Qualified students who graduate from high school will receive a 25% in-state university base tuition scholarship.
Cohort 2015 was the last year the Arizona Department of Education facilitated the process for certifying students for the Regents High Honors Tuition Scholarship.
For Cohort 2016 and beyond, students will be evaluated for this and other university scholarships when they submit their application and transcripts to one of the three Arizona universities (ASU, NAU and U of A) and will be awarded the highest dollar value scholarship they are eligible for.
There will not be a special application/certification process for the Regents High Honors Tuition scholarship for Cohort 2016 and beyond.
